How do candidate attempts work?
One attempt is consumed when a candidate starts an assessment from their invite link - not per run or submit. If a candidate never starts, nothing is consumed.
What happens when starts run out?
New candidate starts are blocked with a clear message until the next billing cycle. Existing attempts and reports stay available.
Do unused starts roll over?
No. Monthly allowances reset each billing cycle. The Starter pack has a 30-day usage window.
How is Starter different from the monthly plans?
Starter is a one-time ₹4,999 pack for 5 candidate starts. Growth, Scale, and Business are monthly plans.
Are the exercises private?
Yes. Buglyst uses unlisted exercises, chooses a different version where possible, runs private checks, and tracks how often each version has appeared.
Are reports shared with the company?
Yes. Candidates consent before starting. The report shows recorded work and supporting context; Buglyst never makes the hiring decision.
How do payments work?
All listed prices and orders are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payments are processed by Cashfree. If Cashfree enables International Payment Gateway and Pay Native for our merchant account, eligible one-time international card payments may be offered a local-currency amount using the live rate shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions remain INR transactions. You can upgrade or change plans later from your billing page.
