The 'Open orders this week' KPI on the operations dashboard is wildly wrong — it always matches the total orders in the database. The helper that powers it receives a list of allowed statuses but never uses it.

Run npm test.
Notice the count is always 10 regardless of the statuses filter.
Inspect countOrdersByStatus in src/orders.js.
